UNION OF THE ARCHITECTS IN ARAGON, ARQUIA BANK
Huesca, Spain, 2006

This building is situated on the top of layers of archeological rests. Its main function is to be an administrative building, library, archive, restaurant, gallery, and a bank. It provides porosity on the ground floor level and a new internal street in the dense historical city. The internal court provides natural light in the center of the building.
The ruins are the pivoting point of the circulation on the ground floor. The visitors move around them when they access the building or go across the internal street.
