Madrid, 2005

The project is about a social residential building with apartments for rent. It studies the possibility of having maximum comfort with a minimum of living area, and the flexibility of the space that is needed for the adaptability to different and often changing inhabitants. The building consists of a prefabricated concrete structure and materials that are easy and fast to apply, in order to comply with the budget constraints. The distribution if the interior’s open-closed spaces is diagonal, providing sensation of depth and articulation.
